Registration Procedures

Registration opens September 1, 2026 at 8:00 AM Phoenix Time.

Please note that Arizona does not observe Daylight Saving Time. Be sure to determine the correct registration time in your time zone before registration opens so you are ready to register promptly.

Deposit:
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. There are significant hard costs committed in advance to secure the hotel accommodations and project kits for this very special event.

Remaining Class Fee:
The remaining balance of the class fee will be due November 13, 2026. You will receive an email with a link to make your final payment.

Event Dates:
Friday, January 15th – Sunday, January 18th, 2027

The event will begin Friday and wrap up Sunday. A complete itinerary and additional event details will be provided as we get closer to the event.

Spanish Sampler Stitch Study

Join us Monday, January 19th, 2027, as we begin an extraordinary three-year journey exploring this remarkable Spanish sampler!

This will be the first of three annual sessions, each offering a new opportunity to delve deeper into this beautiful and intricate design.

Selected sections of the sampler will be transformed into three-dimensional accessories, giving students the chance to not only explore the sampler’s exquisite stitching but also fine-tune their stitching and finishing skills.
