How to Order

Orders may be placed by telephone 480-898-1838 or by e-mail using our Online Order Form.

Payment

After placing your order, please call us with your payment information. We accept the following forms of payment.

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover
  • Attic Gift Certificates
  • PayPal for International Orders ONLY.
Custom Orders and Expected Shipping Times

Most kits and some charts are considered “Custom Orders” which take time to order from artisan vendors and assemble in shop. Please allow several weeks for orders that include hand-dyed linen, hand -dyed silks, and out-of-stock charts. We are usually willing to send partial orders.

Returns

The Attic has a no returns policy. Please contact us if you have a problem with your order so we can help resolve any errors to your order.

Shipping

Our preferred shipping service is the US Postal Service. Orders are shipped either Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on the size and content of your order. All orders are insured up to $100 with these services. Oversized orders may be shipped by UPS or Fed Ex at our discretion at the actual shipping costs. Insurance is added to all framed needlework that we ship.

International Orders

Due to new laws in place, as of January 2025, Attic Needlework is unable to ship to countries in the European Union. We regret being unable to serve our European customers.
